  Extremely bad service! We had to wait for 30 min both times we visited the store, and on top of that they lied to us saying that no other internet providers can work in our building except for them! even called other people pretending they are asking around to make sure... luckily we found out that comcast provides in our address and once confronted them they just said oh we never said that! you must be wrong!!!! Terrible morals... I would rate them -5.

  Only two person running entire store on a holiday. After 20 minutes, I simply walked out as this place is a pathetic waste of time. How do retailer stay in business with such crappy service...?
