  Whenever I call I never have to wait very long. Customer service is friendly. Great deals on everything. I've never had an issue being a customer there.

  Bad customer service and high prices. My prescription was transferred here from my neighborhood pharmacy, which closed. I stood in line to drop off a new prescription and ask for a refill on the one transferred. I was told it would take an hour to fill. They didn't have enough on hand and had to order both my medicines (which aren't unusual medicines), taking five days to get the rest. I'm disabled, but had to return in an hour and walk back, stand in a long line at Pick-Up, then was told my prescription wasn't ready. I explained my disability, and the lady did let me sit down and called me when my prescription was eventually ready. The price was $100 a month more here for my two monthly medicines, that cost $145 at my previous pharmacy (and my previous pharmacy got medicines in the next day if they had to order). I had to make three trips to the pharmacy over six days, wait hours, stand in long lines, and pay $100 a month extra (69% increase) to fill two prescriptions. This month I dropped off my prescriptions three days early, asked that they please order if necessary to have my prescriptions complete and ready the day I refill them. I was told the pharmacy will open at 10 a.m. that day but to allow two hours for the pharmacist to fill them and my prescriptions won't be ready until after noon that day. I need my prescription earlier than noon. I'm going to have to find a pharmacy that is more efficient and better priced, that also treats me like a person they've seen before and not a complete stranger. I know they see a lot of people here, but the impersonality here is disappointing also.
