  Consistently the most challenging part of our day. Highfive's product is absolutely not ready for general market. It's success rate in our use case is about 10-15% and is so embarrassing that I cringe when I see we have a client call that requires the software. Even if we are able to join or begin our own calls--rarely--our clients can almost never join without being kicked off immediately. This is a bad product. So much is needed in terms of functionality--messaging, Canada and Mexico accessibility--but before they can address any of that they need to get the core product to work at least half the time.
